Requirement:

Development of e-Procurement module for organisation for their e-procurement of goods and services.

Solution:

eProcurement software is a business application that manage contract, that generally involves the acquisition, purchasing of goods. eProcurement platform will enhance engagement between vendors, consumers and other value chain stakeholders to improve efficiency and accountability over the entire procurement process and reduce the total cost.

The system was built with a complete hierarchy approval mechanism which was integrated with Microsoft AX. All team members were able to evaluate the status of their Requisitions without any manual interventions.
